Responsibilities

• Oversee security policies and procedures across stadium areas.
• Support Supervisors to ensure compliance and a positive staff culture.
• Retrieve and issue equipment and documents for event-day operations.
• Attend pre-event and conduct post-event briefings with staff.
• Deploy staff based on skills to maximize success.
• Ensure guest safety by screening guests and belongings as trained.
• Enforce guest conduct and seating policies; resolve issues professionally.
• Escalate incidents to supervisors or law enforcement when needed.
• Collaborate with stadium partners to ensure smooth operations.
