Responsibilities

• Lead and support pastry team during preparation, setup, service, and breakdown.
• Prepare, finish, plate, garnish, and present pastries according to Levy standards.
• Maintain dessert displays, buffets, and service areas in a clean, organized, and appealing state.
• Monitor product quality, freshness, labeling, rotation, and temperatures during events.
• Assist with production needs, inventory organization, and event planning.
