Legends Global is seeking a Pastry Supervisor to lead the daily pastry production for AT&T Stadium outlets, premium spaces, restaurants, catering, and events. The role ensures high-quality products, food safety, and efficient operations while mentoring pastry team members in a fast-paced stadium environment.

You will collaborate with the Executive Pastry Chef and Culinary leadership to execute plans, uphold standards, and maintain a positive team culture.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of pastry or baking experience in a high-volume operation.
• Strong knowledge of pastry techniques, baking methods, and sanitation standards.
• Demonstrated leadership and coaching skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, schedule, train, coach, and develop pastry team members.
• Oversee daily pastry production to meet forecasted demand for stadium outlets and events.
• Ensure product quality, portion control, and adherence to standardized recipes.
• Coordinate production for game days, premium events, and catering functions.
• Maintain inventory, monitor waste, and ensure food safety compliance.
• Assist with menu development and plating standards.
• Inspect work areas for cleanliness and safe equipment operation.
