Job summary

ABM is seeking a Housekeeping Operations Manager in Orlando to oversee the entire housekeeping department, including scheduling, payroll, budgeting, and client relations. You will lead a team of 50-150+ staff across full-time, part-time, and contracted roles and coordinate for major events and daily operations.

The role requires strong leadership, budget management, and a track record of process improvement.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership for the housekeeping department across full-time, part-time, and contracted staff
• Create schedules for Management, Core Staff, Major Events, Private Events, & Projects
• Approve payroll and timesheets
• Develop estimates and work plans for major events
• Create quotes for events for client billing
• Track labor usage vs budgeted hours and update weekly
• Submit monthly billing for major events and projects
• Maintain monthly P&L statements
• Build relationships with Clients and attend client meetings
• Be main point of contact for client needs and communication
• Implement ABM Cleaning Training Program for management and frontline staff
• Escalate corrective actions/PIPs as needed
• Ensure safety compliance (monthly trainings, SWOPs)
• Submit expense reports after month-end
• Conduct routine quality control inspections
