Job summary

Legends Global is seeking an Operations Coordinator at Soldier Field in Chicago to support day-to-day facility operations, coordinating services, vendors, supplies, and event readiness for concerts, Bears games, and other major events. The role works with the Operations team to ensure a clean, safe, and efficient stadium environment and to plan and execute events.

A bachelor’s degree and strong organization, communication, and MS Office skills are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent.
• Experience in stadium operations, facilities, or events preferred.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work with vendors, contractors, and internal teams; flexible hours.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and submit timesheets and maintain records.
• Schedule services with waste, sanitation, and cleaning vendors.
• Coordinate stadium maintenance and HVAC scheduling.
• Monitor inventory and order stadium supplies.
• Coordinate flag maintenance, recycling, and signage for events.
• Assist with event setup, breakdown, and operational needs.
• Communicate with vendors and internal departments to ensure on-time completion.
• Perform daily stadium walks to identify maintenance and safety needs.
