Job summary

Legends Global is seeking an Operations Coordinator to support Soldier Field’s day-to-day operations, coordinating facility services, vendors, supplies, and event-related needs to keep the stadium clean, safe, and event-ready.

You will work with the Operations team to plan concerts, Bears and Fire games, manage schedules, inventory, signage, and fly the flag program as needed, with flexibility for nights, weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

  • The Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent is required; education in business, hospitality, facilities management, or a related field preferred.
  • Experience in stadium operations, facilities, hospitality, events, or a similar environment preferred.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and other computer-based systems.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, holidays, and event days as required.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and submit East Lake timesheets and maintain accurate records.
  • Schedule Republic Services in coordination with Jackie to support stadium waste and facility needs.
  • Schedule Service Sanitation services in coordination with Jackie.
  • Coordinate cleaning services, including Levy Lights and HVAC scheduling and related facility needs.
  • Monitor inventory and order stadium supplies, including toilet paper, paper towels, soap, liners, cleaning supplies, and other operational supplies.
  • Coordinate stadium flag maintenance and flying programs, including:
  • Maintenance and replacement of flags.
  • Coordination of the stadium flying program.
  • Schedule recycling pickups in coordination with Jackie.
  • Serve as the PixMob liaison, coordinating event-related needs and communication.
  • Conduct and document daily walks of the stadium to identify maintenance, cleanliness, safety, and operational needs.
  • Assist with concert signage, including coordinating placement, removal, and event‑specific signage needs.
  • Coordinate laundry services for overnight event flips, ensuring necessary items are cleaned and available for upcoming events.
  • Assist with event setup, breakdown, and operational needs for concerts, Bears games, Fire games, and other major events.
  • Communicate with vendors, contractors, and internal departments to ensure services are completed on schedule.
  • Track operational requests, follow up on outstanding items, and communicate issues to the appropriate Operations leadership.
  • Assist with maintaining a clean, organized, and event‑ready stadium environment.
  • Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Position Summary

The Operations Coordinator supports the day-to-day operations of Soldier Field by coordinating facility services, vendors, supplies, event-related needs, and stadium maintenance activities. This position works closely with the Operations team and internal partners to ensure the stadium is clean, prepared, safe, and event‑ready. The Operations Coordinator will also assist with planning and executing concerts, sporting events, and other major events at Soldier Field.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and submit East Lake timesheets and maintain accurate records.

SALARY RANGE

$55,000 - $65,000
