Job summary

Legends Global at AT&T Stadium is seeking a Restaurant Steward to support culinary and service teams by keeping equipment, utensils, and workspaces clean and safe. Reporting to the Executive Steward, you will help ensure safety, cleanliness, and guest experience excellence.

This role requires the ability to stand and walk for long periods and to lift up to 50 pounds, with flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays in a fast-paced stadium environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a high-volume kitchen or stewarding.
• Commitment to excellent customer service and teamwork.
• Demonstrated trustworthiness with strong ethical standards and honest communication.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Flexibility to work varied schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time.
• Ability to lift, push, or pull up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Wash and sanitize all china, glassware, silverware, and kitchen utensils.
• Clean and maintain kitchen equipment, pots, pans, and service tools.
• Store all equipment and supplies in proper, designated locations.
• Sweep, mop, and maintain all kitchen and back-of-house floors.
• Ensure a clean, organized, and safe working environment at all times.
• Transport food, supplies, and equipment throughout the stadium or venue as needed.
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and company safety procedures.
• All other duties as assigned.
