Job summary

Legends Global is hiring Cooks to support our athlete-driven high-performance dining operation at the Buffalo Bills Performance Center in Orchard Park, NY. You will produce all assigned menu items efficiently and consistently, following Legends’ recipes and techniques while upholding sanitation standards.

You will work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment during live stadium events, with opportunities to grow in culinary skills and contribute to exceptional guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• ServSafe Allergens and Food Handler preferred or ability to attain certifications prior to working events.
• Ability to lift and transport items up to 50 lbs; stand for extended periods.
• Flexible to work extended hours including late nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Prepare menu items by following Legends’ specifications and recipes.
• Maintain HACCP standards and sanitation across kitchen areas.
• Assist with opening and closing procedures and food preparation.
• Keep all equipment clean and in safe operating condition.
• Support team in a fast-paced stadium environment.
