Job summary

ASM Global-AEG Management Las Vegas LLC. is looking for a dedicated Guest Services Representative to oversee operations at the Stadium and ensure a positive experience for all guests. This role requires strong interpersonal skills, the ability to make quick decisions under pressure, and a willingness to work outside in various weather conditions.

The successful candidate will have at least a High School Diploma and 1-2 years of customer service experience. The position also requires flexibility to work non-traditional hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of in person customer service experience.
• Must be able to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time.

Responsibilities

• Oversee an assigned location at the Stadium and respond to guest concerns.
• Greet and guide all guests in a welcoming manner.
• Assist with Stadium set-up procedures during events.
