BEST Crowd Management in Arlington, TX is seeking a Stadium Experience Team Member to support guest services at AT&T Stadium / Dallas Stadium. You will welcome attendees, provide information, and help ensure a positive event experience for everyone.

This part-time role requires flexibility for evenings and weekends and emphasizes strong communication, reliability, and a customer-first mindset in a dynamic event environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 18 years old and high school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in customer service, hospitality, or event-related roles is advantageous.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with diverse individuals.
• Ability to remain calm and professional in high-pressure environments.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays based on event schedules.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service by warmly welcoming and assisting attendees.
• Assist with event setup, including signage placement and equipment arrangement.
• Monitor event areas for cleanliness, organization, and policy compliance.
• Answer questions and provide information about the event, facilities, and amenities.
• Guide guests to seating areas, restrooms, concessions, and exits.
• Address guest inquiries, complaints, or issues promptly and professionally.
• Collaborate with event staff, vendors, and team members to ensure smooth operations.
• Assist with crowd management to ensure safety and enjoyment for all attendees.
