Job summary

Legends Global is seeking a Tour Ambassador for on-site work at AT&T Stadium in Dallas. The role involves guiding tours, sharing history, and representing Legends with exceptional guest service.

You will lead engaging walking tours, present with confidence, and adapt to diverse groups while maintaining safety and accuracy. Ideal candidates have 2–4 years in tourism or hospitality, strong communication skills, and the ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of tour guide, guest services, or hospitality experience.
• Public speaking and customer service experience are essential.
• Knowledge of local history and landmarks is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests with a friendly and professional demeanor.
• Ensure guest safety during tours and in assigned areas.
• Lead interactive walking tours with accurate venue and city facts.
• Present talks with clarity, confidence, and enthusiasm.
• Provide high levels of customer service and escalate issues when needed.
• Assist in creating tour materials and scripts.
• Communicate clearly to groups of varying sizes.
• Maintain knowledge of venue operations, history, and updates.
• Support special events, VIP tours, and private groups.
• Work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
