Responsibilities

• Monitor TPHC procedures, temperature logs, food labels, holding equipment, and discard times.
• Train employees on handwashing, gloves, allergen awareness, cross-contamination prevention, and safe food handling.
• Conduct routine food-safety inspections, document violations, take corrective action, and report concerns to culinary leadership.
