Legends Global seeks Supervisors for the 2026 NFL season at Highmark Stadium to oversee guest services in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Account for and reconcile point‑of‑sale systems and revenues.
• Conduct pre‑shift meetings to reinforce training, provide updates on procedures, and receive feedback from staff.
• Supervise staff to ensure compliance with laws, regulations, transaction policies, ID checks, and uniform standards.
• Practice safe work habits and complete company and venue safety and general compliance training.
• Maintain a pleasant and collaborative attitude toward customers, co‑workers, and management.
• Adhere to Legends Global and venue company policies and complete other duties as assigned by management.

The role involves supervising all services for the assigned area to ensure a high level of guest satisfaction in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment.

Compensation

Competitive salary starting at $20/hour commensurate with experience.

Physical Demands

Ability to lift, move, and maneuver up to 50 lbs. Constant standing, walking, bending, reaching, and repetitive motions. Work in all weather conditions. Exposure to loud noises, flashing lights, and extreme heat or cold.
