Job summary

Aztec Shops, Ltd. at Snapdragon Stadium is seeking a hands-on Facilities Technician to support the Facilities Services Manager with daily operation, coordination, maintenance, and repair of building systems and food service equipment.

This role focuses on institutional equipment and related HVAC/refrigeration components, with broader support for electrical and plumbing as needed. You will work with the Facilities team and outside vendors, ensuring safe, reliable operations and timely issue

Qualifications

High School diploma or GED; four+ years in maintenance/repair of commercial food service, refrigeration, HVAC, or related equipment.
EPA 608 Certification required; trade credential preferred.
Journey-level troubleshooting and ability to train others.
Knowledge of plumbing, HVAC, electrical and mechanical systems.

Responsibilities

Assist Facilities Services Manager with planning, scheduling and coordinating daily facilities work.
Supervise outside service vendors and verify completion of tasks.
Provide day-to-day guidance to Facilities staff to ensure safe, timely work.
Maintain and repair refrigeration, HVAC, and food service equipment; troubleshoot and coordinate repairs.
Coordinate with building management for emergencies and issue tracking.
Document maintenance findings and report to leadership.
