Job summary

The Arizona Cardinals are seeking a motivated Maintenance Technician to join the Facilities Operations team at the Dignity Health Arizona Cardinals Training Center. The role serves as the main point of contact for maintenance and janitorial services across training center and, as needed, at the business office.

You will manage work orders, assist with preventive maintenance, document records, and perform repairs to HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and life-safety systems while upholding OSHA safety

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; CPO certification preferred.
• Three+ years in skilled trades or maintenance duties across carpentry, electrical, mechanical, plumbing.
• Ability to communicate clearly and follow directions.

Responsibilities

• Prioritize and respond to work orders and service requests in a timely manner.
• Assist with preventive maintenance tasks at both properties.
• Maintain accurate record keeping.
• Break down and set up furniture as needed for facility needs.
• Facilitate and assist with cleaning tasks around the facility.
• Proactively seek pristine standards across facility through needs such as lighting replacement, repairs to doors, windows, furniture, hardware, etc.
• Perform repairs as needed on HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical, and life safety equipment.
• Assist with vendor oversight.
• Perform drywall repairs including patching, mudding, sanding, and painting.
• Ensures compliance of safety standards in accordance with OSHA.
• Maintain a high level of attention to detail to ensure quality workmanship.
• Other duties as assigned.
