Legends Global in Arlington, TX is seeking a Food & Beverage Manager for AT&T Stadium. You will oversee daily and event-day F&B operations across outlets, premium areas, and festivals, with responsibility for purchasing, beverage programs, inventory control, SOPs, staffing, and cost management.

The role requires a proven track record in high-volume hospitality, strong beverage knowledge, and stadium or arena experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in hospitality or related field is preferred; equivalent experience may be considered.
• 3–5 years of F&B management in high-volume venues like stadiums or arenas.
• Proven purchasing, procurement, and cost-control experience.
• Strong knowledge of spirits, beer, wine, and cocktail operations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily and event-day F&B operations across outlets and premium areas.
• Supervise and develop Supervisors, Leads, and hourly staff.
• Develop staffing plans based on event schedules and needs.
• Manage purchasing, receiving, invoices, and vendor coordination.
• Maintain beverage program execution and inventory accuracy.
• Partner with Finance, Culinary, Operations, HR, and vendors for event success.
• Develop and maintain SOPs for purchasing, receiving, inventory, and service standards.
• Analyze sales, labor, and cost data to identify optimization opportunities.
