Job summary

Legends Global is seeking a Food & Beverage Manager to lead daily and event-day operations at AT&T Stadium in Arlington, TX. You will drive purchasing, inventory, staffing, cost control, and guest experience in a premium sports and entertainment setting.

The role requires beverage expertise, strong leadership, SOP development, and the ability to optimize profitability while maintaining safety and compliance across all outlets and events.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of F&B management in high-volume venues.
• Purchasing and procurement experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of spirits, beer, wine, and cocktails.
• Experience in stadium/arena or large venue.
• Experience with inventory management and cost controls.
• Experience developing SOPs and operating processes.
• Understanding F&B financials (COGS, labor, inventory, sales, profitability).
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to analyze data and make decisions.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily and event-day F&B operations.
• Supervise and train F&B team members.
• Develop staffing plans based on event attendance.
• Manage purchasing activities and vendor coordination.
• Maintain beverage program knowledge and execution.
• Conduct inventory counts and variance reporting.
• Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with Finance, Purchasing, Culinary, Operations, HR.
• Prepare for pre/post-event walkthroughs and adjustments.
• Report safety incidents via Origami Risk.
• Attend weekly operations and event planning meetings.
