Job summary

Legends Global is seeking a Food & Beverage Manager for AT&T Stadium in Arlington, TX. You will oversee daily and event-day operations for F&B outlets, managing purchasing, inventory, and staff to ensure exceptional guest experiences.

The role requires strong leadership, beverage knowledge, and procurement expertise in a stadium or large-scale venue. On-site work with flexible hours is expected; the compensation package includes comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management, business, food & beverage management, or related field preferred (equivalent experience may be considered).
• 3–5 years of food and beverage management experience in high-volume hospitality, stadium, arena, hotel, or entertainment environment.
• Purchasing and procurement experience strongly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of spirits, beer, wine, and cocktails; beverage operations expertise.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily and event-day operations for F&B outlets, bars, premium areas, and events.
• Supervise and develop F&B Supervisors, Leads, and hourly staff.
• Develop staffing plans and schedules based on event attendance and needs.
• Manage purchasing activities including ordering, receiving, invoices, and vendor coordination.
• Maintain knowledge of beverage programs and support execution.
• Conduct inventory counts, transfers, par levels, and variance reporting.
• Monitor waste, spoilage, and costs to improve profitability.
• Collaborate with Finance, Purchasing, Culinary, Operations, HR, vendors, and staffing partners.
• Develop and maintain SOPs related to purchasing, inventory, and beverage management.
• Analyze sales and cost data to identify trends and opportunities.
• Ensure outlets are stocked, clean, and compliant with safety standards.
• Report safety incidents promptly in Origami Risk.
• All other duties as assigned.
