Qualifications

• 3–5 years of food and beverage management in a high-volume venue.
• Purchasing and procurement experience.
• Inventory management and cost-control expertise.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily and event-day F&B operations across outlets, bars, and premium areas.
• Supervise and develop F&B staff; create staffing plans based on events.
• Manage purchasing, receiving, invoices, and vendor coordination.
• Maintain beverage program knowledge and ensure quality standards.
• Track inventory, waste, and costs; implement SOPs for purchasing and receiving.
• Collaborate with Finance, Purchasing, Culinary, Operations, and HR.
• Ensure safety, sanitation, and regulatory compliance; support catering and premium programs.
