Job summary

Automation Personnel Services is seeking Stadium Event Staff in Tuscaloosa, AL to welcome fans at Saban Field and assist with seating and directions. The role is part-time and weather-ready, with gameday Saturdays as the primary schedule.

STADIUM EVENT STAFF

Automation Personnel Services is looking for Stadium Event Staff for a company based in Tuscaloosa, AL. In this role, you will have the opportunity to enhance the fan experience by greeting them with a smile and welcoming them to Saban Field at Bryant-Denny Stadium.

Pay Rate

$15.00 per hour

Schedule and Hours

Home Football Games, hours and shifts will vary.

Stadium Event Staff Duties and Responsibilities

• Scan tickets and verify credentials for venue access.
• Assist with event admission by scanning tickets and UA student ACT Cards.
• Provide excellent customer service and support to all event guests.
• Greet each guest with a warm smile and friendly greeting (e.g., "Welcome to Saban Field at Bryant-Denny Stadium") as they enter your section, verify ticket location, and assist with any seating issues.
• Assist with general facility wayfinding and directions.
• Other duties as assigned.

Stadium Event Staff Qualifications and Requirements

• Must be available on gameday Saturdays, typical shifts run 5-7 hours.
• Must have a strong customer service focus and ability to interact with others in a warm, friendly, and respectful manner.
• Team player and a quick thinker with the ability to identify and resolve issues.
• Ability to stand for extended periods (notify us of reasonable accommodations) and must be comfortable working outside in all-weather conditions).
• Attention to detail and good hand-eye coordination to maneuver equipment in tight spaces and navigate busy warehouse environments.
