Job summary

Union Depot is seeking an Event Lead to oversee day-to-day stadium operations and deliver a safe, efficient guest experience during events and non-event days. You will supervise staff, coordinate with maintenance and security, and ensure smooth execution of all activities.

Responsibilities include managing crowd control, guest services, and emergency procedures, plus preparing post-event reports and budgeting support. Flexible hours and weekend work are required.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent; higher degree preferred.
• 3–5 years stadium/large venue operations experience.
• Supervisory experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee stadium operations including seating, concourses, restrooms, and VIP sections.
• Lead and supervise event staff, ushers, and support personnel.
• Coordinate with maintenance, security, and event teams to resolve issues.
• Prepare post-event reports and manage inventory.
