Job summary

Union Depot is seeking a reliable Lead to supervise facility operations, ensure adherence to policies and procedures, and coordinate daily tasks at the assigned location to maintain high standards of safety and cleanliness.

The Shift Leader delegates assignments, provides guidance when the Manager is not present, operates specialized cleaning equipment, handles cleaning chemicals safely, and supports general janitorial duties to keep the building ready for workers and customers.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising daily operations and delegating tasks.
• Experience operating specialized cleaning equipment.
• Knowledge of safety policies and procedures in facilities management.
