Qualifications

• Positive, team-oriented attitude with a friendly demeanor.
• Availability to work UW-Madison football games and Kohl Center events.
• Willingness to obtain ServSafe Alcohol Certification and ServSafe Food Handler Certification.
• Previous food preparation and service experience is required.
• Ability to work efficiently in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Assemble and deliver food and supplies to locations for catered events.
• Monitor and maintain food temperatures to ensure quality and safety.
• Replenish food supplies in guest areas to ensure constant availability.
• Clean up after events and return unused food, beverages, and equipment.
• Stock, clean, and maintain catering facilities and equipment.
• Provide friendly and courteous service to guests at all times.
• Keep thorough knowledge of the event menu to assist guests.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment by following procedures.
