Job summary

Legends Global, the partner behind State Farm Stadium’s culture and employee experience initiatives, seeks a Culture Coordinator to lead engagement, recognition and experience programs for stadium staff. You will drive culture-focused events, communications and analytics to improve the employee journey.

The role covers managing Welcome Center, Reward Center, Employee Meal Program, and the Top Flight/High-Flyers programs, while supervising part-time Employee Experience Ambassadors and partnering

Qualifications

• 2-3 years experience in Guest Services or customer services relations preferred.
• Bachelor's Degree in related field preferred.
• Excellent organizational and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead culture, engagement and employee experience initiatives across the stadium.
• Oversee Welcome Center and Reward Center operations and staffing.
• Coordinate employee meals program, events and recognition activities.
• Manage training logistics, communications and program calendars.
• Support data collection, reporting and recommendations to improve participation and engagement.
