Job summary

State Farm Arena is seeking a People & Culture Partner to support HR operations, employee relations, and recruitment across Centennial Tower and the arena. You will partner with Talent Acquisition, onboarding, and HR functions to deliver a consistent employee experience and advise leaders on policy and processes.

The role focuses on engagement surveys, performance management, and staff events, with a strong emphasis on data-driven action planning and compliance across HR programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 3–5 years of progressive Human Resources experience.
• Experience supporting employee relations, employee engagement, recruiting, onboarding, or other HR programs.

Responsibilities

• Serve as first point of contact for employee relations across Centennial Tower and State Farm Arena, documenting and resolving in partnership with People & Culture leadership.
• Support investigations, actions, and performance management while maintaining records and policy interpretation.
• Prepare and audit employee relations logs and surface trends to inform actions.
