Job summary

The CLEAR Sports Ambassador supports our CLEAR members at stadiums and venues by delivering high-touch customer service and guidance. You will verify members in CLEAR lanes and educate attendees about the benefits of CLEAR.

This role emphasizes autonomy, integrity, and strong communication to manage high-volume, high-quality interactions. Working with CLEAR, you’ll receive comprehensive training, holidays, and benefits.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Open availability; ability to work a variety of shifts.
• Ability to stand for up to 8 hours per day.

Responsibilities

• Verify CLEAR members using the CLEAR lane at designated venues.
• Drive membership enrollments by engaging attendees and educating them about CLEAR benefits.
• Resolve attendee or member inquiries and elevate issues when needed.
• Balance high volume with high-quality customer service.
• Support members and escalate situations in a timely manner.
