Job summary

Sodexo Live is hiring a Bartender Tipped at Lucas Oil Stadium in Indianapolis. You will provide exceptional customer service, mix and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, and work closely with wait staff to ensure prompt service.

The role requires 0–1 year of experience, a high school diploma or GED, and legal drinking age. Flexible shifts and growth opportunities are offered by Sodexo Live.

Qualifications

• High School diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
• 0 to 1 year related experience.
• Ability to mix drinks and craft recipes.
• Must be at least the legal drinking age per local laws.

Responsibilities

• Greets guests, mixes and serves drinks, and supports staff for prompt service.
• Ensure bar area is stocked and equipment ready for use.
• Prepare counts and assist with inventory replenishment.
• Be friendly, tactful and attentive with customers.
• Attend scheduled shifts on time and maintain regularity.
• Other duties may be assigned per account needs.
