Job summary

Legends Global is seeking a Senior Local Eats Manager for the new Highmark Stadium, overseeing all concessions operations and profitability. Based on-site, you will lead staff, manage budgets, and drive food quality and guest satisfaction in a fast-paced venue environment.

The role requires strong leadership, budgeting, and safety compliance with experience in high-volume foodservice at sports/entertainment facilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 5–7 years’ management experience in high‑volume foodservice.
• Proven leadership and ability to manage staff and major projects.
• Experience in concessions for sports/entertainment venues.
• ServSafe Food Manager certification or ability to obtain.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; multitasking in a deadline‑oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee concessions operations and day‑to‑day budget management.
• Provide leadership, coaching and mentorship to staff.
• Collaborate with Directors and Assistants to meet business plans.
• Maintain safety, sanitation and compliance with health and company policies.
• Manage inventory, labor cost, and relationships with vendors and contractors.
• Ensure high‑quality guest experience and effective customer service.
