Legends Global seeks a Senior Local Eats Manager to lead concessions operations at Highmark Stadium. You will drive budget, P&L, safety standards, and staff performance to deliver top-tier guest experiences in a high-volume environment.

Collaborating with the Concessions Director, you will optimize scheduling, vendor relations, training, and compliance while controlling costs and scaling concepts for premier stadium service.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 5–7 years of management experience in high-volume foodservice.
• Experience managing concessions in sports/entertainment venues is preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and safety compliance capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all day-to-day concessions operations and profitability.
• Manage budget, monthly P&L statements, and financial reporting.
• Lead, coach and mentor concessions staff and subordinate managers.
