Job summary

Legends Global seeks Supervisors for the 2026 NFL season at Highmark Stadium to oversee guest services in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

You will coordinate with kitchen and service teams, train staff, manage inventories, and ensure compliance with safety and policy standards during events. The role requires flexibility for nights, weekends, and holidays and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• Ability to attain required alcohol and food safety certifications prior to working events.
• Available to work non-traditional hours (nights, weekends, and holidays).
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Dedicated to delivering excellent customer service and hospitality.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Flexible and able to adapt quickly to changes.
• Self-motivated, able to work independently, and effective as a team player.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Physically able to lift, move, and maneuver up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with kitchen staff and other functional areas on timing and production of service.
• Ensure service requirements of each stand are fulfilled and staff are properly trained before events.
• Manage inventories, order supplies, and receive orders.
• Account for and reconcile point‑of‑sale systems and revenues.
• Conduct pre‑shift meetings to reinforce training, provide updates on procedures, and receive feedback from staff.
• Supervise staff to ensure compliance with laws, regulations, transaction policies, ID checks, and uniform standards.
• Practice safe work habits and complete company and venue safety and general compliance training.
• Maintain a pleasant and collaborative attitude toward customers, co‑workers, and management.
• Adhere to Legends Global and venue company policies and complete other duties as assigned by management.
