Job summary

ASM Global is seeking a Building Engineer at Allegiant Stadium to maintain HVAC, plumbing and electrical systems, and site lighting. You will manage maintenance for critical facilities and support event operations, ensuring safety and reliability during NFL and other events.

The role requires at least 1 year of HVAC experience, a CFC license, and the ability to work irregular hours, including nights and weekends. A high school diploma or equivalent and apprenticeship exposure are preferred.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Graduate of an accredited technical school or apprenticeship preferred.
• 1+ years hands-on experience with HVAC equipment.
• CFC refrigerant license required.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Repairs and maintains all facility systems and equipment.
• Inspects systems to detect malfunctions and implements corrective actions.
• Coordinates shutdown/start-ups of utilities when needed.
• Follows procedures for Work Order and maintenance systems.
• Operates event lighting and building systems during events.
• Safely operates the grass field tray for grass events.
