Job summary

ASM Global is seeking a Building Engineer for Allegiant Stadium in Las Vegas. The role maintains HVAC, plumbing, electrical and lighting systems, including the natural grass field tray, ensuring optimal operation for major events.

The engineer will inspect, diagnose and repair faults, operate building management systems, and work flexible hours, including nights and weekends. Responsibilities include coordinating shutdowns, complying with OSHA/NFPA standards, and supporting event engineers

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Graduate of an accredited technical school or apprenticeship.
• 1+ years hands-on experience with HVAC equipment.
• CFC refrigerant license required.
• Good written, verbal and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work irregular/extended hours; nights, weekends, holidays.

Responsibilities

• Maintain facility equipment including HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems.
• Operate lighting and building systems during events.
• Inspect and diagnose malfunctions; implement corrective actions.
• Climb towers for lighting maintenance; ensure grass field tray operations.
• Follow safety codes and work order procedures.
