The Kraft Group is seeking a bartender to tend the bar during stadium events and private functions, ensuring compliance with stadium guidelines, policies and procedures while delivering friendly, professional hospitality.

Responsibilities include opening and setting up the bar, serving drinks per guidelines, processing transactions, maintaining a clean appearance, assisting with inventory, and supporting teammates during fast-paced events, nights, weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a high-volume bar setting.
• Meet State minimum age to serve alcohol.
• Superior interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong organization, attention to detail, and customer service skills.
• Outgoing, positive, engaging personality, and willing to be a team player.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Punctual and reliable for all scheduled shifts.
• Availability to work weekdays, weeknights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Open and set up bar preparing for service.
• Welcome customers and create a warm and friendly environment of hospitality for guests and co-workers.
• Process transactions accurately, including credit card and Point-of-Sales system transactions.
• Prepare and serve drinks as per stadium guidelines.
• Ensure compliance with alcohol service policies.
• Follow all food safety and sanitation requirements as directed by management.
• Respond to customer inquiries with a professional demeanor and escalate concerns to management.
• Maintain a professional appearance and adhere to uniform standards.
• Close down bar and assist with inventory.
• Special projects and assignments as business dictates.
