Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Adheres to liquor regulations for serving minors and intoxicated guests.
• Sets up bars and stocks beer, wine, spirits, garnishes, glassware and supplies.
• Maintains stock and prepares fresh fruits and garnishes for service.
• Greets guests courteously and processes drink orders.
• Pours, garnishes and presents drinks using recipes and portion control.
• Checks identification and ensures proper charges and vouchers.
• Locks up, secures cash drops, and maintains a clean work area.
