Job summary

The Kraft Group located at NPS - Foxborough, MA is seeking a part-time bartender to tend bar during stadium events and private functions. You will ensure compliance with stadium guidelines, welcome guests, and handle transactions with accuracy.

Open and set up the bar, prepare drinks, maintain a clean, safe environment, and assist with inventory. Flexibility for nights, weekends, and holidays is required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a high-volume bar setting.
• Must meet state minimum age to serve alcohol.
• Superior interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexible schedule including weekdays, weeknights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Open and set up bar for service.
• Welcome customers and create a friendly hospitality environment.
• Process transactions accurately with POS and credit card handling.
• Prepare and serve drinks per stadium guidelines.
• Ensure compliance with alcohol service policies.
• Follow food safety and sanitation requirements as directed.

• Close down bar and assist with inventory.
