Job summary

Kraft Group LLC is seeking a professional bartender to tend the bar for stadium events and private functions in Foxborough, MA. You will prepare drinks, handle transactions, and ensure compliance with alcohol policies in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements include a high school diploma, 2+ years in a high-volume bar, age to serve, excellent communication and customer service, and reliability for weekday, weeknights, weekend and holiday shifts.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a high-volume bar.
• Must meet state minimum age to serve alcohol.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Excellent customer service and ability to work in a team.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment; punctual.
• Able to work weekdays, weeknights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Open and set up bar preparing for service.
• Welcome customers and create a warm and friendly environment of hospitality for guests and co-workers.
• Process transactions accurately, including credit card and Point-of-Sales system transactions.
• Prepare and serve drinks as per stadium guidelines.
• Ensure compliance with alcohol service policies.
• Follow all food safety and sanitation requirements as directed by management.
• Respond to customer inquiries with a professional demeanor and escalate concerns to management.
• Maintain a professional appearance and adhere to uniform standards.
• Close down bar and assist with inventory.
• Special projects and assignments as business dictates.
