Job summary

Pilgrim’s is seeking a Stackers/Palletizer for the night shift in Cold Spring, MN. You will stack boxes up to 50 lbs, palletize via forklift/pallet jack, and use handheld scanners to ensure accurate labeling.

The role requires safety compliance, basic math, and teamwork in a cold environment. Benefits begin after 60 days, including vision, medical and dental coverage, PTO, 401(k) match, and shift differential.

Qualifications

• Forklift certification preferred.
• Handheld scanner experience preferred.
• Ability to work in cold environment.
• Ability to work well with others.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs or more.
• Proven basic math skills (add/subtract/multiply/divide).

Responsibilities

• Stack boxes up to 50 lbs in correct quantity.
• Move boxes from conveyer to pallet without damage.
• Occasional forklift and pallet jack operation.
• Use handheld scanner to palletize accurately.
• Other duties as assigned.

Stacker/Palletizer

At Pilgrim’s, Safety Is A Condition, which means the safety of our team members comes first - always.

Responsibilities:

• Stack boxes that weigh up to 50lbs in the correct numbered amount
• Transfer boxes from conveyer belt to wooden pallet without damaging the product
• Occasionally operate forklift and pallet jack
• Use handheld scanner and stickers to palletize boxes accurately
• Other duties as assigned

What you’ll need:

• Pallet Jack or forklift certification preferred
• Hand held scanner experience preferred
• Ability to work in cold environment
• Ability work well with other
• Ability to live 50 lbs. Or more
• Demonstrated ability to perform basic math skills including: addition, subtraction, division, multiplication (Prove it test)
