Job summary

Pilgrim's in Minnesota is hiring for a night-shift position where safety is a condition. You will set up equipment, manage temperatures, and prepare products for packaging while upholding sanitation and quality standards.

The team works 8:00 pm to 5:00 am; the role offers a base hourly wage with a $1 shift differential, benefits after 60 days, and opportunities for development as part of a global food company.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Poultry, live animal, or manufacturing experience a plus.
• Pallet jack experience preferred.
• Ability to multitask and work quickly in a fast-paced environment.
• Good communication and attention to detail.

What You'll Need

• Education: High School Diploma/GED preferred.
• Experience: Poultry, live animal or manufacturing experience is a plus. Palletjack experience preferred.
• Skills: Ability to multitask and work quickly in a fast-paced environment, have good communication skills, ability to comprehend instructions and apply common sense, have strong attention to detail, and must be a team player.
• Physical requirements: Ability to work in a dusty, hot environment, cold environment, lift up to 60lbs
