Trinidad Benham Corporation in Mineola, TX is seeking a dedicated Stack­er to prepare packaged product for shipment on a fast-paced packaging line. You will assemble cases and pallets, ensure accuracy, and lift up to 50lbs while maintaining GMP and SQF safety practices.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or equivalent and can follow directions, perform basic math, and communicate clearly with teammates and supervision. Weekly pay and employee-focused benefits are available.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to follow directions in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.
• Ability to perform basic math and read production documents.
• Effective communication with co-workers, supervision and management.
• Flexibility for overtime and changing duties as needed.

Responsibilities

• Pack correct products and quantities for shipment into boxes according to orders.
• Construct boxes/containers.
• Stack finished boxes onto pallets safely and efficiently.
• Place month sticker and production tag on each pallet.
• Ensure supplies are available for the Packaging Machine Operator.
• Complete pallet tags and required paperwork.
• Transport packaging materials to production area.
• Maintain clean and orderly work area.
• Assist machine operators during downtime and loading materials.
• Comply with GMP and SQF procedures and document safety forms.
