Job summary

ND Paper is seeking a Stacker / Dry End Operator to manage stacking, labeling and staging of finished boards in the corrugator dry end area. You will monitor line speed, ensure accurate counts and escalate defects to the CR Operator in real time.

The role requires physical stamina and attention to detail in a hot, fast-paced production environment. Prior forklift certification is preferred to move finished board safely.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Ability to perform sustained physical work in a hot, loud, fast-paced production environment.
  • Strong attention to detail; ability to inspect board quality at production line speed.
  • Ability to read work orders, run cards, and order labels accurately.
  • Reliable team communication; capable of escalating quality and equipment issues in real time.
  • Ability to operate safely around moving equipment and high-speed machinery.

Responsibilities

  • Stacker operations: receive sheets, form stacks, label and count.
  • Monitor stacker for line speed and proper run card counts.
  • Flag quality holds and escalate defects to the CR Operator.
  • Maintain clean, safe dry end area and proper waste handling.
  • Coordinate with CR Operator and downstream teams.
  • Perform basic stacker clearing and restart procedures per LOTO.
