Job summary

MS Companies is seeking a reliable Contingent Employee to assist with production, quality, and warehouse operations at automotive manufacturing facilities in Cullman, AL. This temp-to-hire role includes a $150 sign-on bonus and opportunities for direct hire based on performance and business needs.

The position entails moving materials, assembling parts, following work instructions, and maintaining safety standards in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Ability to communicate clearly and follow detailed verbal instructions.
• English reading/writing to follow work instructions and complete required documentation.
• Previous manufacturing, warehouse, production, or automotive experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Support manufacturing, warehouse, and production operations.
• Move materials, products, and inventory around the site.
• Assemble, sort, inspect, and/or package parts using hand tools or fixtures.
• Read and follow work instructions, customer orders, and production specifications.
• Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
• Maintain consistent attendance and arrive on time as scheduled.
• Adhere to all company policies, client requirements, and safety regulations.
• Maintain productivity and accuracy in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
