MS Companies is seeking a dependable Contingent Employee to support production, quality, and warehouse operations in an automotive manufacturing environment. This entry-level, temp-to-hire role offers a pathway to direct hire based on performance and business needs.

Responsibilities include assisting with material movement, assembling and inspecting parts, following detailed work instructions, and maintaining safety and productivity in a fast-paced plant setting.

Qualifications

• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively, including understanding and following detailed verbal instructions
• Previous manufacturing, warehouse, production, or automotive experience preferred but not required
• Ability to read, understand, and communicate in English to follow work instructions, complete required documentation, and comply with safety and quality requirements

Responsabilités

• Support manufacturing, warehouse, and production operations within customer facilities
• Assist with moving materials, products, and inventory throughout the worksite
• Assemble, sort, inspect, and/or package parts using hand tools, fixtures, or equipment as needed
• Read and follow work instructions, customer orders, and production specifications
• Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
• Maintain consistent attendance and arrive on time as scheduled
• Adhere to all company policies, client requirements, and safety regulations
• Maintain productivity and accuracy in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
