Job summary

MS Companies, LLC is seeking a motivated contingent employee to support operations in the automotive manufacturing setting. This entry-level, temporary-to-hire position offers a pathway to long-term opportunities based on performance and business needs.

The role focuses on supporting production, quality, and warehouse tasks, with an hourly pay rate of $18 and a Friday–Sunday shift from 6:00 AM to 6:30 PM. A $150 sign-on bonus and a weekend pay incentive are available.

Qualifications

• Ability to communicate clearly and follow detailed verbal instructions.
• Manufacturing/warehouse/production or automotive experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Support manufacturing, warehouse, and production operations within customer facilities.
• Assist with moving materials, products, and inventory throughout the worksite.
• Assemble, sort, inspect, and/or package parts using hand tools, fixtures, or equipment as needed.
• Read and follow work instructions, customer orders, and production specifications.
• Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
• Maintain consistent attendance and arrive on time as scheduled.
• Adhere to all company policies, client requirements, and safety regulations.
• Maintain productivity and accuracy in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
