Job summary

American Pop Corn Company Corp is seeking a dedicated Stacker for the 2nd shift to support our busy production line. You will move, stack, and prepare finished product while helping keep the area clean and organized, ensuring safety and quality guidelines are met.

The role involves lifting up to 50 pounds, building pallets, inspecting products, and recording production data every 15 minutes. Prior warehouse or production experience is welcome but not required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–3 months of related experience or training preferred but not required.
• Previous production, warehouse, or material-handling experience preferred.

Our Stacker is responsible for moving, stacking, and preparing finished product while keeping the production area clean and organized and assisting with production operations.

Essential Functions:

• Stack boxes of finished product according to established guidelines and procedures.
• Regularly lift, carry, and move boxes weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Build and maintain stable pallets of finished product.
• Inspect boxes and finished product for damage or quality issues and report any concerns.
• Operate equipment and tools necessary to perform stacking duties safely and efficiently.
• Keep the work area clean, organized, and free of safety hazards.
• Follow all company safety, quality, and production procedures.
• Work efficiently to meet production goals while maintaining accuracy and product quality.
• Perform repetitive lifting, bending, reaching, standing, and walking throughout the shift.
• Fill the machine with magazines and maintain the glue reservoir at the appropriate level.
• Record production data accurately every 15 minutes.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Education and Experience:
