Job summary

Woodgrain in Fruitland, Idaho is hiring a Stacker for full-time, hourly work from 7:00 am to 3:00 pm, Monday through Friday, with overtime and occasional Saturday hours. The role supports feeding and grading moulding to meet high-quality specifications and efficient production targets.

The position requires a high school diploma or GED (preferred), basic math and tape measure skills, and ability to work in a team with safety-minded practices.

Responsibilities

• Stack moulding on rolling racks.
• Ensure proper PPE use and safety.

Starting Salary: $16.00

Employment Type: Hourly Full time

Work Environment: Monday – Friday 7:00 am – 3:00 pm with overtime including extended hours and Saturday as needed.

Job Summary:

This position involves safely feeding and grading material through moulder to ensure minimal waste and a finished product that meets customer specifications at the highest possible production level.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Grade product to meet quality specifications.
• Tag finished units.
• Generate reports (production, OEE)
• Keep accurate piece counts.
• May be asked to assist in training of new employees.
• Unload Interior moulding from Production line
• Inspect moulding for Quality defects
• Stack moulding into rolling rack
• Proper PPE Usage while performing all job duties.
• Ensure accuracy and quality of all deliverables.
• Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements:

Physical Demands:

The physical demands and work environment are representative of a typical manufacturing environment. The employee is frequently exposed to moving mechanical parts. The noise level is moderate to high depending on the area of the mill. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is often required to stand; walk; sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools or controls; reach with hands and arms; climb stairs; balance; stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl; talk and hear. Requires close vision, distance vision, and depth perception. The employee must occasionally lift or move up to 50 pounds and is regularly exposed to fumes, airborne particles, and extreme hot and cold temperatures.

Travel:

This position does not require travel to other Woodgrain locations.
