Bachoco USA is hiring for the 2nd Shift – Slaughter Plant in Fort Smith, AR. You will perform essential production duties, including set-up/tear-down of the workstation, moving pallets, verifying labels, and assisting with line operations.

This safety-sensitive role offers a pay rate of $16.50 per hour plus a weekly attendance incentive and night shift premium, along with benefits such as 401K, medical/dental/vision insurance, and paid time off after 90 days.

2nd Shift – Slaughter Plant

Shift Hours: 4:50 p.m. to EOS

Pay Rate: $ 16.50 per hour

Assist in the production of quality food products by performing the following duties as applicable to a specific task or department. Essential duties and responsibilitiesinclude but are not limited to:

• Set-up/tear-down workstation & line as required
• Bring pallets to line
• Verify pallet is in good condition and meets company requirements
• Apply pallet sheet as applicable
• Stack cases of product on pallet to meet customer and/or company specification
• Tape any cases that were not taped during normal process
• Assist Manifestor with labels on cases as needed
• Verify all cases of product have appropriate labels
• Wrap Full Pallets
• Uses a hand or power jack to move product away from the line after proper PIE training as required and based on production needs
• and maintains work area in a safe and sanitary manner.
• Production workers are required to stand for a period of time, walk, and reach with hands and/or arms.
• The team member must regularly lift and/or move up to 50 POUNDS.

While performing the duties of this Job, the employee is regularly exposed to wet and/or humid conditions; moving mechanical parts; fumes or airborne particles and extreme cold.
