Job summary

Envista Holdings Corporation is seeking a STA Operator to perform cleaning and chemical processing on dental implants and abutments, label, assemble and package in a clean room environment. You will operate multiple workstations and support staff to maintain quality and safety standards.

The role requires a high school diploma (some college preferred), basic reading of drawings, familiarity with GMP/ISO 9001, and the ability to lift 25 lbs. Strong English communication and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

  • Must understand technical drawings.
  • Understand eDHR (Electronic Device History Record).
  • Comply with safety and area cleanliness policies; complete SOP training.
  • Knowledge of inspection equipment (microscope).
  • Sufficient mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot simple equipment issues.
  • Knowledge of FDA GMP and ISO 9001.
  • Good manual dexterity.
  • Must be able to lift 25 lbs.
  • Have 20/20 vision with or without aid.

Job Description: Purpose: The STA Operator performs cleaning and chemical processing on dental implants; labels, assembles and packages dental implants and abutments in a clean room environment.

Accountabilities:

Help achieve business results, that include Safety, Quality, Productivity, Delivery and Past due targets Perform cleaning and chemical processing of dental implants and abutments Assemble and package dental implants and abutments in a cleanroom environment Operate multiple workstations throughout the work shift Perform minor troubleshooting of equipment issues Ensure proper care in the use and maintenance of equipment and supplies Work closely with peers, Team Lead, and support staff such as Engineering Technicians, Manufacturing Engineering, Quality, Management to elevate and resolve various production related issues

Job Requirements:
Knowledge, Skills, & Experience:
  • High School diploma; some college preferred.

  • Understands and complies with all safety and area cleanliness policies, must successfully Complete all SOP Training
  • Knowledge of inspection equipment (microscope)

  • Knowledge of Food and Drug Administration "Good Manufacturing Practices" and ISO 9001
  • Good manual dexterity
  • Must be able to lift 25lbs at a minimum

Critical Skills / Technical Know-how:

Able to communicate; speak and write in English at a High School Level. Reading comprehension at a High School level. Computer literacy: basic knowledge/familiarity with PC, basic data entry, SAP a plus.

Target Market Salary Range:

Actual compensation packages take into account a wide range of factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to geographic location; skill sets; relevant education and certifications; depth of experience; performance; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed reasonable estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Envista, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. The total compensation package for this position may also include an annual performance bonus, medical/dental/vision benefits, 401K match, and/or other applicable compensation plans. $22.00 - $26.90 per hour
