Mitchell County Regional Health Center in Osage, Iowa seeks a Clinic Registered Nurse to manage nursing care, supervise staff, and implement clinical policies within a 0.9 FTE schedule (72 hours per pay period). Shift is Monday–Friday, 7am–5pm, with Saturday 8am–12pm. The role requires Iowa RN licensure, nursing program accreditation, and CPR/BLS; ACLS/PALS are preferred or obtainable

About The Job:
The Clinic Registered Nurse is responsible for managing nursing care essential to the assessment, promotion, maintenance, and restoration of patient's health and wellness within their scope of practice. The Clinic Registered Nurse will direct and support nursing/clinical personnel providing patient care within the facility as assigned by the Clinic Director or RN Supervisor. This includes the evaluation, revision, and implementation of clinical policies and procedures related to the delivery of safe and efficient quality nursing care; maintenance of clinical staff personnel and education records; in-services and performs Clinical Staff functions.
The Position:.9 FTE 72 hours per pay period.
Pay: Starts at $27.58 for ADN and $28.58 for BSN, both increase with experience.
Shift: Monday-Friday, varies between 7am to 5pm. Saturday 8am to 12pm.
