Mitchell County Regional Health Center in Osage, IA is seeking a Clinic Registered Nurse to manage nursing care for patients and support clinical staff under the Clinic Director or RN Supervisor. The role covers evaluation and implementation of policies for safe, efficient care.
The position is 1.0 FTE (80 hours per pay period) with a Monday–Friday schedule and occasional Saturday shift, starting wages $27.58 (ADN) or $28.58 (BSN), with experience-based increases.
Mitchell County Regional Health Center is in Osage, Iowa located in Mitchell County, which has a population of 10,600 people. MCRHC is a 25-bed critical access hospital, including a Level 4 Trauma Center Emergency Room seeing 3,200 visits annually. The Surgical Services department performs over 1,300 procedures annually, including specialties General Surgery, Orthopedics, ENT, Urology, Ophthalmology, Pain management, and Podiatry.

The Clinic Registered Nurse is responsible for managing nursing care essential to the assessment, promotion, maintenance, and restoration of patient's health and wellness within their scope of practice. The Clinic Registered Nurse will direct and support nursing/clinical personnel providing patient care within the facility as assigned by the Clinic Director or RN Supervisor. This includes the evaluation, revision, and implementation of clinical policies and procedures related to the delivery of safe and efficient quality nursing care; maintenance of clinical staff personnel and education records; in-services and performs Clinical Staff functions.
1.0 FTE 80 hours per pay period.
Pay: Starts at $27.58 for ADN and $28.58 for BSN, both increase with experience.
Shift: Monday-Friday, varies between 7am to 5pm. Saturday 8am to 12pm.
