The University of Missouri is seeking an Executive Assistant to provide high‑level administrative and operational support to the Dean and the School of Social Work, Psychological and Brain Sciences. You will manage complex scheduling, travel, communications, meetings, confidential correspondence, and budgeting tasks to keep school operations running smoothly.
This 40‑hour/week role requires a Bachelor's degree and at least 3 years of experience, with preference for higher‑education experience.
Social Work
The Executive Assistant provides high-level administrative, operational, fiscal, and event support for the Dean and the School of Social Work, Psychological and Brain Sciences (SSWPBS). The position manages complex scheduling, travel coordination, communications, meeting preparation, confidential correspondence, budget and purchasing processes, and special projects that support effective school operations. Through strong office management, event coordination, technical proficiency, and professional communication, the Executive Assistant helps ensure seamless collaboration and alignment of efforts across faculty, staff, students, university partners, vendors, and visitors.
40 hours/week. Monday thru Friday
Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience and at least 3 years of experience from which comparable knowledge and skills can be acquired is necessary
$22.00-$25.00 per hour
